Fishing and Boating:

Horseback Riding:

Arab and Marshall County are home to many large horse farms and equestrian facilities. If you are looking for boarding accommodations, to take riding lessons or to simply enjoy an afternoon trail ride, options are available.

Camping and Hiking:

Lake Guntersville Resort State Park, located in Marshall County and just a short 15-minute drive from Arab, ranges over 6,000 acres of natural woodlands. The park has an 18-hole championship golf course, a beach complex, fishing center, hiking trails, nature programs and a day use area.

Modern campground and lake-view cottages, a beautifully renovated resort lodge and chalets along the top of Taylor Mountain provide a selection of overnight accommodations.
